Ingredients

  • 2 sheets roasted nori (dried seaweed)
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 3-4 pieces imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Mayonnaise, Chili sauce, Cream cheese, Fryingfish roes, White sesame (All adjust to suit your taste)

~vinegar rice(Amount of 4 sushi rolls)~

  • 450g rice
  • 600ml water
  • a)4 tbsp vinegar
  • a)4 tbsp sugar
  • a)2 tsp salt

Directions

1 First, make vinegared rice.
 Cook white rice and add sushi vinegar while cooking.
 When the rice is cooked, add sushi vinegar while it is still warm and mix.
 * Mix with a rice scoop while removing heat.
 Cover with a wet cloth and let the heat cool for a while.

2 Cut the cucumber into 1/4 lengthwise, and cut off the seeds in the center as it causes the cucumber to become watery.
 (It’s a waste so you can eat it♪)
 Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds, and slice into 5 mm widths.
 Mix mayonnaise (2 tbsp) and chili sauce (1 tbsp) to make spicy mayonnaise.
 Cut the dried seaweed into 2/3 (about 15-18 cm in height).

3 When the rice has cooled, roll it up.
 Place the bamboo mat and oven sheet on the cutting board and put the dried seaweed on it.
 Spread the rice evenly on the grilled seaweed to the four corners.

4 ★Salmon roll edition
 Sprinkle white sesame evenly on the rice in (3).
 Spread the wrap slightly wider and turn the oven sheet upside down.
 (There will be a wrap just above the bamboo mat.)
 Take the oven sheet, spread cream cheese and spicy mayonnaise on the seaweed, and place salmon, avocado and cucumber side by side.
 Wrap it from the front so that the wrap does not get caught.
 After winding, shape it and remove the bamboo mat.

5 ★Imitation crab meat edition
 Sprinkle the fryingfish roes evenly on the rice in (3).
 Spread the wrap slightly wider and turn the oven sheet upside down.
 (There will be a wrap just above the bamboo mat.)
 Take the oven sheet, apply mayonnaise on the seaweed, and place the crab sticks, avocado, and cucumbers side by side.
 Wrap it from the front, and after winding, shape it and remove the bamboo mat.

6 Place the two types of sushi for about 10 minutes, and cut the sushi with the wrap.
 *By leaving it, the ingredients will become familiar.
 *Wash the knife every time you cut it, and cut it while it is wet with water to make the cut end beautiful.
 When you put it in a plate, it’s complete♪
