This time, we prepared 12 kinds of ingredients for Temari sushi.
We were particular about “color of ingredients” and “amount of vinegared rice”!

01.Red and white sushi with scallop and fryingfish roes
– Scallop
– Radish
– Fryingfish roes

02. Purple sushi with red shiso leaf and squid
– Red shiso leaf rice
 - Vinegared rice(200g)
 - Red shiso leaf powder(1 tsp)
 - White sesame(1 tsp)
 - Sesame oil(1 tsp)
– Squid
– Bubu Arare(Tiny rice cracker)
– Spike

03.Kohada marinated in vinegar sushi with dill
– Kohada marinated in vinegar
– Dill
– Spike

04.Layered sushi with shrimp and princess cucumber
– Shrimp
– Princess cucumber
– Fryingfish roes

Directions

How to cook vinegared rice(sushi rice)
 - Rice(225g)
 - Water(300ml)
 - Vinegar(2 tbsp)

 1)First, cook the rice.
 2)Next, make vinegar mix.
 3)After the rice is cooked, add the vinegar mix to the rice.
 4)Stir rice well.

– Fryingfish roes *a little

2 Purple sushi with red shiso leaf and squid
– Red shiso leaf rice *Mix well below:
 - Vinegared rice(200g)
 - Red shiso leaf powder(1 tsp)

 - Sesame oil(1 tsp)

– Bubu Arare(Tiny rice cracker)

3 Kohada marinated in vinegar sushi with dill
– Kohada marinated in vinegar *Cut into bite size
– Dill *a little

4 Layered sushi with shrimp and princess cucumber
– Shrimp *boil and slice in half
– Princess cucumber *slice
– Fryingfish roes *a little
*Roll the cucumbers along the shrimp for a nice finish♪
