I often buy minced meat and store it in the refrigerator.
This is because it’s one of the ingredients that can be easily arranged into anything.
Such as keema curry or hamburg steak…, when you are wondering what to make.

With such minced meat, one of the cuisine that I often make is stuffed peppers.
I and my family like it, so it’s worth making.

There are many ways to make delicious stuffed peppers, but I don’t use bread crumbs.
It’s so healthy and has a good nutritional balance and colorful.
So it’s one of my favorite menus.

Ingredients

  • 5 Green bell pepper
  • Ground beef and pork(300g)
  • 1/4 Onion(50g)
  • Salt and pepper(a little)
  • Nutmeg(a little)
  • 1 Egg
  • Wheat flour(1 tbsp)
  • Salad oil(1 tbsp)
  • Sake(50ml)

a)Tomato ketchup(1 tbsp)
a)Soy sauce(1 tbsp)
a)Water(1 tbsp)
a)Grated ginger(2 tsp)

Directions

1 Wash the green bell peppers and cut them in half to remove the scallions and seeds.

2 Make the meat.
 Finely chop the onion.
 Add ground meat, salt and pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and knead until sticky. Add the eggs and mix well.
 * Let’s knead until the meat is gone ♪

3 Sprinkle the flour on the inside of the bell pepper. This is to prevent the meat from peeling off.

4 Add salad oil (1 tbsp) to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
 Arrange the bell peppers with the meat side down and bake for 2 minutes.

5 When the meat turns brown, turn it over, sprinkle with sake (50 ml) and cover.
 Steam for 5-6 minutes with medium heat and it’s done.
 Let’s serve it on a bowl♪

6 Make a Japanese sauce in the same frying pan.
 Put all the ingredients in (a) in a frying pan and simmer until they are well blended.
 Put it on a bell pepper, or move it to a source pitcher and attach it.
