Khanom krok

There are many sweets in Thailand,
but I especially like this “Khanom krok”.

I met “Khanom krok” at a food stall in Thailand☆
I remember being very surprised at how delicious it was♪

It’s simple and easy to enjoy.
You can enjoy the feeling of a party with your family and friends☺

1 Peel and cut bananas into 1 cm cubes.
Cut fish sausage into 1 cm cubes.

Cook over medium heat to dissolve sugar.
When the sugar is dissolved, add 50 g each of rice flour and wheat flour.

Mix to break up lumps.
Add 60㏄ of milk, 60㏄ of water, and mix well.

3 Heat up a hot plate and put salad oil on it,
Pour the dough into the hot plate.

4 When the dough begins to gradually harden from the edges,
 add fish sausage, sweet corn,
and banana and sweet bean paste.

5 When the outside is almost cooked (the center can be raw),
roll it up like a takoyaki, shape it, and it’s done!
