Japanese-style curry pilaf
What is the most popular topping for curry in your country?
In Japan, my situation, when eating curry pilaf at the curry shop I used to go to,
the toppings I always ordered were “fried onion”, “cheese” and “hot spring egg”.
Although I am a little worried about cholesterol…,
but I add texture with fried onion, add richness with cheese, mellow with hot spring eggs …
This is a moment of bliss.
Instead of worrying about calories everyday,
