    – Rice(225g)
    – Water(300ml)
    – Vinegar(2 tbsp)
    – Sugar(2 tbsp)
    – Salt(1 tsp)

06.Layered sushi with sea bream and green shiso leaf

– Green shiso leaf
– Grated lemon zest
– White radish sprouts

07.Red shiso leaf rice wrapped in egg
– Red shiso leaf rice
 - Vinegared rice(200g)
 - Red shiso leaf powder(1 tsp)
 - White sesame(1 tsp)
 - Sesame oil(1 tsp)
– Crepe-style fried egg *Diameter about 15cm
– Salted cherry-blossom
– Leaf bud

08.Sea eel with seaweed roll and egg shaped flower
– Sea eel
– Baked laver
– White radish sprouts
– Crepe-style fried egg

Directions

How to cook vinegared rice(sushi rice)
 - Rice(225g)
 - Water(300ml)
 - Vinegar(2 tbsp)
 - Sugar(2 tbsp)
 - Salt(1 tsp)

 1)First, cook the rice.
 2)Next, make vinegar mix.
 3)After the rice is cooked, add the vinegar mix to the rice.
 4)Stir rice well.

– Salmon *slice
– Salmon roes *a little
– Avocado *cut into triangles
*Cut the avocado just before eating or soak it in lemon to keep beautiful color.

6 Layered sushi with sea bream and green shiso leaf
– Sea bream *slice
– Green shiso leaf *cut one in half

7 Red shiso leaf rice wrapped in egg
– Red shiso leaf rice
 - Vinegared rice(200g)
 - Red shiso leaf powder(1 tsp)
 - White sesame(1 tsp)
 - Sesame oil(1 tsp)
– Crepe-style fried egg *Diameter about 15cm
– Salted cherry-blossom *rinse and drain the salt
– Leaf bud *1 piece
*Wrap the eggs while its warm to make a beautiful round shape.
 If you reduce the amount of rice a little, the size will match other sushi.

8 Sea eel with seaweed roll and egg shaped flower
– Sea eel *cut into bite size
– Baked laver *cut to 3 mm width
– White radish sprouts *a little

*If you don’t have celcle, you can cut it into small pieces, or put thered ​​eggs and it’s cute.
