Directions

1 First, prepare the shrimp.
Stripping the shell and remove the vein.
 Cut off the tail diagonally.
Put shrimp in a bowl, add salt and potato starch, rub it, add water and wash it well.
*This removes dirt and smell on the shrimp♪
Add seasoning (a; grated garlic) and soak.

2 Put the ginkgo nut with a shell in a thick envelope and fold the envelope a few times.
Place in the microwave and heat at 600W for 40 seconds.
It’s okay if you hear a few ginkgo nut pops.
Take the ginkgo nut from the envelope, crack the shell, and peel the thin skin.
 * If it is difficult to peel the thin skin, stir the ginkgo nut that has broken the shell in hot water just before boiling to soften the thin skin and remove it.

3 Finely chop the onion and garlic.

4 Heat the frying pan over low heat, add butter and garlic, and melt the butter.
When the garlic scent comes out, add the onion and fry it slowly.

5 After adding the shrimp, reduce the heat to medium and bake both sides.
(2 minutes on one side, 1 minute on the other side)
After adding the ginkgo nut, sprinkle sake and mix well, add paprika powder, turn off the heat and mix, and serve on a plate.

6 Heat the frying pan over medium heat, add the lemon juice, and simmer the lemon juice while blending it with the remaining seasonings.
If you sprinkle it on the shrimp, it’s done♪
