Marinated red cabbage and octopus

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pieces of red cabbage
  • 80g boiled octopus
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 Pack of white radish sprouts
  • 1/8 yellow paprika
  • ~Marinade sauce~
    a)2 tbsp olive oil
    a)2 tbsp vinegar
    a)1 tbsp sugar
    a)1 tsp salt
    a)1 piece of garlic

Directions

1 Shred the red cabbage, sprinkle with a little salt and leave it for about 10 minutes.
 Cut the purple onion into thin slices.
 For yellow paprika, cut into 1/4 and cut into thin slices.
 Cut off the stem of white radish sprouts and cut it in half.
 Grate one clove of garlic.
 Cut the octopus into 1-2cm pieces.
 *Octopus can be slightly larger so that you can enjoy the texture♪

2 Make marinade sauce.
 Put all the ingredients in (a) in a container and mix well until the sugar melts.

3 Squeeze the red cabbage by hand to drain it.
 Put (1) and (2) in another bowl, mix and it’s done.

4 Put it on a bowl and decorate it with a white radish sprouts on top♪
