Ingredients

– 8 rice paper
– Chili sauce
– Peanuts *coarsely chopped

– 6 shrimps
– 3-4 imitation crab meat
– A head of potherb mustard(mizuna)
– 1/2 cucumber
– 100g of Japanese white radish(daikon)
– 1/2 carrot

– 4 pieces of smoked salmon
– 2 pieces of lettuce
– 1/2 cucumber
– A head of coriander
– 1 avocado *into slices
– Cream cheese

Directions
1 Shell the prawns and remove the spines.
Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of potato starch,
and rub with water to remove dirt.
When the water comes to a boil, boil the prawns.
When the prawns are cooked, remove them to a colander and let them cool.
Cut the prawn in half and remove the tail.
2 Cut the cucumber into strips.
Peel and shred half of the carrot.
Cut the ingredients as thinly as possible for a better texture.
Peel and shred 5 to 10 cm of daikon radish.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds.
Remove the skin and slice lengthwise.
Cut the lettuce into long, thin strips.
Remove the roots from the pak choi and cut it into 5-6 cm pieces.
Remove the roots from the potherb mustard and cut the stem into 5-6 cm pieces.
Leave the leaf tips uncut and use them as they are, about 20 cm long.
3 After preparing all the ingredients, roll up the rice.
Soak the rice paper in water and put it on the cutting board.
The key to rolling is to put the main ingredients at the back of the roll (the ones you want to show off) ☺.
For the shrimp roll, place the shrimp at the back in the same direction.

Place the ingredients evenly so that they are the same thickness.
Fold the right side of the crabmeat over the crab.
Roll the crabmeat from the front to the back.
After shaping, it is ready.
4 For the salmon roll, place the salmon in the back.
Place the avocado, pak choi and lettuce.
Place the cream cheese evenly on top.
After placing the ingredients, fold the right side up.
Roll up from the front to the back.
Shape the roll and you are done!
