There are many sweets in Thailand,
but I especially like this “Khanom krok”.
I met “Khanom krok” at a food stall in Thailand☆
I remember being very surprised at how delicious it was♪
It’s simple and easy to enjoy.
You can enjoy the feeling of a party with your family and friends☺
◆Ingredients(For 24 pieces)
- 50g rice flour
- 50g cake flour
- 200㏄ coconut milk
- 60㏄ water
- 60㏄ milk
- 80g sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 stick of fish sausage
- Sweet corn
- Strained sweet bean paste
- Strawberries, watercress(for topping)

Directions
1 Peel and cut bananas into 1 cm cubes.
Cut fish sausage into 1 cm cubes.
2 Add 200 ml coconut milk and 80 g sugar.
Cook over medium heat to dissolve sugar.
When the sugar is dissolved, add 50 g each of rice flour and wheat flour.
(I also add leftover coconut milk.)
Mix to break up lumps.
Add 60㏄ of milk, 60㏄ of water, and mix well.
3 Heat up a hot plate and put salad oil on it,
Pour the dough into the hot plate.
4 When the dough begins to gradually harden from the edges,
add fish sausage, sweet corn,
and banana and sweet bean paste.
5 When the outside is almost cooked (the center can be raw),
roll it up like a takoyaki, shape it, and it’s done!
