Such very cute, but surprisingly easy to make!!
Put sashimi and vinegared rice on the wrap, and squeeze it like a purse to shape it.
No complicated technique is required.
It is also popular as a hospitality(“o-mo-te-na-shi”) cuisine in Japan.
