California rolls

As the name implies, “California Roll” is a reimported
version of Japanese food born in the United States.
Another name is “back roll”, and it looks good thanks to
the accent of sesame and fryingfish roe.
Since it doesn’t use raw seafood, it can be prepared from the day before.
